Your role

In the role of a childminder, you take care of children aged 0 to 12 in the familiar atmosphere of your own home. You create a varied daily routine that cleverly combines playing and learning. A highlight of this position is that you can integrate your own children into your daily care routine and thus create a family-friendly environment for everyone.

Your main tasks:

• Loving care and nurturing of the children
• Plan and carry out creative and educational activities
• Social, emotional and cognitive support for the development of children
• Ensuring a safe and clean playing environment
• Close cooperation with parents for a holistic development of children
• Monitoring and documenting each child's individual progress

What we expect from you:

• Experience working with children, whether in your family or professionally
• A big heart for children and lots of patience when dealing with them
• Creativity and the ability to create a stimulating environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• A clean criminal record
• A spacious and child-friendly furnished apartment
• Valid work permit for Switzerland
• Good German language skills (at least level B2)
• If available: a childcare qualification
