Your role
In the role of a childminder, you take care of children aged 0 to 12 in the familiar atmosphere of your own home. You create a varied daily routine that cleverly combines playing and learning. A highlight of this position is that you can integrate your own children into your daily care routine and thus create a family-friendly environment for everyone.
Your main tasks
- Loving care and nurturing of the children
- Plan and carry out creative and educational activities
- Social, emotional and cognitive support for the development of children
- Ensuring a safe and clean playing environment
- Close cooperation with parents for a holistic development of children
- Monitoring and documenting each child's individual progress
What you should bring
- Experience working with children, whether in your family or professionally
- A big heart for children and lots of patience when dealing with them
- Creativity and the ability to create a stimulating environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- A clean criminal record
- A spacious and child-friendly furnished apartment
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
- Good German language skills (at least level B2)
- If available: a childcare qualification
