I am Duaa — flexible, open, empathetic, reliable and self-confident. Professional work is very important to me. It motivates me to make children happy, to offer them a family environment and to give them love. My goal is to look at each child individually and to specifically promote their abilities. It gives me great pleasure to put a smile on the children's faces and to offer them an environment in which they can feel safe and secure. I have gained a lot of experience in childcare, whether in a Montessori kindergarten, in daycare, in a crèche or in the day structure at the Aesch schoolhouse (lunch and daycare). My special skills include assessing children's development, offering individual support and conducting meetings with parents.

It gives me the greatest pleasure to see the children smile and to watch how they feel comfortable in an environment where they can simply be children. In my care, the individuality of each child is paramount — without pressure and with plenty of room for personal development. I attach great importance to children having the freedom to express themselves and at the same time being set the right limits. It is wonderful to see parents relax because they know that their child is in good hands and that both their strengths and weaknesses are seen there.

I am married and have two children, Karam and Mira, as well as two birds. My family is very affectionate and we enjoy spending a lot of time together. We love to be out in nature and plan trips every weekend. Especially in summer, we spend a lot of time outdoors, where we enjoy nature to the fullest. Our family is united by a great deal of love, and cultural events such as Beiram and Eid have an important place in our lives.
