I am Joyce, a patient, cheerful and creative childminder who has been caring for children with heart and soul for 15 years. With a bachelor's degree in primary education, training as a child care specialist and experience as a teacher and five years in a daycare, I have extensive knowledge of childcare. Even as a teenager, I looked after my younger brothers and discovered my passion for working with children early on. For me, this job is much more than a job — it is meaningful and I really enjoy teaching children something and discovering the world together with them.

The best thing about my work is to witness the children's development steps and to see their joy and pride when they create something new. I attach great importance to letting children play and discover independently. Fresh air, exercise and healthy food are central elements in my everyday life with the children.

I live in a loving home with my husband, our 6-month-old daughter and two cats. We are an active family that loves spending time outside — whether it's walking to the animals in the neighborhood or doing winter sports.
